第　10　号

　　根据国务院办公厅《关于做好规章清理工作有关问题的通知》（国办发〔2010〕28号）要求，经商国务院相关部门同意，国家发展改革委决定废止《农业化学物质产品行政保护条例实施细则》等9件规章和《关于中药价格管理的改革意见》等476件规范性文件（见附件1），宣布《关于发展热电联产的若干规定》等3件规章和《关于严格按计划供应顶重油烧的柴油的通知》等331件规范性文件失效（见附件2），修改《供用电监督管理办法》等5件规章和《关于依法惩处妨碍物价检查人员执行公务的违法犯罪活动的通知》等3件规范性文件（见附件3）。
