第　83　号

　　为了适应经济社会和卫生事业发展，健全我国社会主义法律体系，维护法制统一，推进依法行政，经2011年4月11日卫生部部务会议审议通过，决定废止《全国城乡孕产期保健质量标准和要求》等7件部门规章（见附件）。
　　本决定自发布之日起施行。
