本市拆迁补偿将区分房价地价违法建设无补偿

4月1日上午，市政府法制办公布了2010年本市立法工作总体安排，立法项目43项，其中17项拟于年内完成起草审核的法规项目包括《流通领域食品安全规定》、《房屋租赁管理若干规定(修订)》、《禁止违法建设若干规定》等。

　　法制办的负责人说，本市食品监管工作一直是分工进行的，市政府食品办负责食品安全综合监管；农业局负责农产品安全的监管；质检局负责生产加工领域监管；工商局负责食品流通领域监管；卫生局负责餐饮业监管。对百姓关注的地沟油问题，属于卫生局的监管范畴。

　　《禁止违法建设若干规定》的制订有望对搭建违法建设行为有所限制。法制办表示，仅对合法建设进行补偿，违法建设没有补偿。今后还要将房价和地价区分开来，令违章建设无利可图。(刘妙妙)
