Credit management practice
¡ïService objective---- Foreign and domestic large and medium-sized manufacturing and operational enterprises¡¢financial or trust units¡¢national and international trade companies¡¢ construction company¡¢ and natural person.
¡ñ Service Program
1.Credit -line control
Carry out Credit investigation in concerned company for client's need. Provide reference to make decisions in choosing cooperative partner, contracting, confirming way of account receivables, litigation (include execution) and arbitration activities etc.
Draft and examine contracts, standardize contracting system and process, diagnose and analyze all types of potential commercial risk, institute measures for risk.
2.revention and resolving.
Supervise contract performance, deliver and check the contract object on behalf of enterprises, examine and confirm the delivery condition, supervise receipt and delivery of relevant documents. Control contract- performaning procedure to lower enterprises' management cost and commercial risks.
3.Account Receivable Collection
Receive and dun for payment obligation at maturity on customer's behalf, help enterprises to quickly collect the fund, alleviate the effect of non-performing credit on the enterprises, reduce the expense of management by designing receivable.
4.collecting plans for clients.

Establish in-depth cooperative relationship with enterprises; participate in client's management system.
5.Training and advisory
Design suitable plans according to clients' unique conditions. Train staff from sale and operating department, preventing commercial risk.
